The MBM Destroyit® 2404 Cross Cut Paper Shredder is the perfect shredder for your home office when you need to shred documents and media. With it's quiet and powerful single phase motor, the 2404 Shredder will power through 11 sheets of paper at a time at a level 4 security, giving you optimum protection. It also features a Safety Protection System (SPS) package. The shredder is electronically controlled and features a transparent safety shield in the feed opening to prevent objects other than those intended from entering the blade opening. The oversized, easy-switch control element uses color codes and back-lit symbols to indicate the operational status. The Destroyit® 2404 features automatic features including automatic reverse and power shut-off when encountering a jam, automatic shut-off when waste bin is full or cabinet door is open, and automatic start/stop. The high quality hardened steel cutting cylinders are encased in dust-proof housing and will power through paper, staples, paper clips, credit cards, CDs, and DVDs.
