Usage Tip: The PB3300 works well in offices, print shops, small binderies, and more. Although user friendly, we suggest limiting the number of individuals that will use the machine. We recommend only trained personnel use this machine.

Maintenance Tip: We recommend that you oil the punching pins after every 8 hours of use. Once oiled, punch some scratch paper to remove any excess grease on the pins. Never punch more sheets that what is recommended. And don't forget to empty the waste tray. A full waste tray can cause back up into the machine, causing it to jam.

Manufactured by the Heavy Duty Makers of Lhermite, this unit is truly in a class by itself, featuring a heavy-duty tabletop electric punch, Wire-O inserter, and an electric Wire-O closer. This all-in-one, attractive, compact unit is perfect for the office, in-plant reproduction center or commercial print shop for profit where Wire-O® binding volumes can justify higher-dollar automation.

The "hands-free" foot pedal operated electric wire closer speeds productivity and guarantees a consistent finish every time. With the capability to finish Wire-O books from 2 to 210 sheets (20# bond paper) on a bound edge up to 13" wide, it is an extremely versatile machine. The easy to use electric punch and electric wire closer produces books up to 1-1/4" with simple foot pedal operation. There is no special operator training required. The PB3300 heavy duty steel dies punch up to 25 sheets (20# bond) in a single stroke with accuracy. The tilted closing table and jaws offer optimum document positioning, and it is easily adjustable for different wire sizes. Die changing is fast & simple: the punch dies slide in and lock in place in less than 1 minute. The built-in spare die storage compartment ensures that your punch tools are always available and protected. Safety features include an Anti-pinch photo cells and a reversing switch for quick release of paper jams.

The PB3300 Can also be used as an electric punch for Plastic Combs & Plastic Coil, simply by purchasing the corresponding PB3300 Punching Dies. One free round hole die included with purchase. May be exchanged with square hole for an additional cost of $386.
