Binding Tip: Place your back cover on top of your front cover before inserting the wire-o element. After inserting and closing the wire, fully rotate the back cover around to the back of the book. This step hides the seam where the two edges of wire meet and gives the book a smooth, clean finish.

The Lhermite EX380 Automatic Punching Machine punches up to one million sheets of 8-1/2" x 11" paper in just one 8 hour shift. Running at up to 8,400 cycles per hour, it is the fastest punch on the market. With a maximum punching width of 15", the EX380 will punch an incredible variety of holes for Wire-O®, Plastic Spiral Coil, VeloBind®, or looseleaf document finishing, and has the power to punch virtually any type of stock and material. The EX380 punches preprinted collated documents with or without mixed stocks. Optional attachment available to punch tabs collated into finished sets. Tabs must have a minimum 1/4" shoulder.

The EX-380 Automatic Paper Punch is efficient as it's continuous paper loading speeds productivity without stopping the machine. The automatic sheet alignments with micro adjustments allows for precise control. The EX380 uses heavy duty steel dies that feature guide posts for perfect alignment, quick pin access, and flanged holes to help clear out waste and extend their life. The turnover drum keeps pre-collated document pages in perfect order while the variable speed conveyor allows for continuous delivery, or deep pile reception. The EX380 features a separator beak that separates lifts of paper for even thicker stocks without damaging the edges.

Continuous Conveyor Delivery	Shingles sheets as they exit the turnover drum and conveys them out to the operator.
Tab Option	Allows you to punch tabbed stock pre-collated into the book. Tabs must have a minimum of 1/4" shoulders. Reduces the minimum unbound edge to 5-1/4".
High Pile Stacking Delivery	Neatly stacks and automatically recedes to allow your operator to concentrate on loading the paper feeder. Automatically stops when full.
Air Blow Option	Provides a blast of air to separate the picked lift from the stack. Helpful for stocks or environments where static is a common problem. Includes air lines only - air compressor not included.
