I-Bar Shrink Wrap Machines & Heat Gun
I-Bar Shrink Wrap Machine is a type of shrink wrap system that uses a single heated bar to seal shrink wrap film. Three total passes are typically required to seal all sides of film around a package.
The advantage of an I-bar Shrink Wrapper is the ability to move and manipulate the shrink film around a product with ease. You can also seal multiple angles around a product and are not limited to a four-sided pattern. I-bar Shrink Systems are also not limited to a tunnel height, unless a tunnel is being used to shrink the film. I-bar Shrink Wrap Systems are typically used in correlation with a shrink wrap heat gun to shrink the film.

- 1) Turn the machine on and insert the product you will be packaging into the correct size of center fold shrink film.
2) Seal all sides of the film by lowering the I-Bar on top of the film.
3) Use the heat gun to shrink the film around the package to the desired shrinkage.
