The Gluefast 20" Standard Colonel Case Making Gluing Machine is the most advanced cold gluing machine on the market. Easy to use, you simply feed the cover into the gluer to apply an even film coat of glue to your cover. There are two knobs on the sides of the Colonel Gluer that give complete control of the glue application to the user. The built-in speed control increases its ease of use to ensure you get the perfect amount of adhesive applied exactly where it is needed. The Standard Colonel Gluing Machine presents covers with the adhesive-side down.
The Colonel Advanced Gluer (Colonel-AG) features all of the same great capabilities as the Standard Colonel, with the added durability of a stainless steel roller and the convenience of an automatic watering system to keep glue fresh and at its proper solids content. The Colonel-AG also has the option of adding a reverse pick-off point to release covers with the adhesive side up, rather than down.
The Gluefast Colonel Gluing Machine is also available in 20" 110V Model for use with strictly cold glue. Other roller sizes are also available, including a 32" 110V Model, 32" 220V Model and 42" 110V Model.
