How long will it take to receive my order?
Binding101.com is proud to provide a fast shipping service. We do our best to ship orders the same day as they were placed. With nationwide distribution centers, the majority of domestic orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days! Certain items may take additional transit time, however feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any time sensitive delivery needs.
How much does shipping cost?
Binding101.com is proud to offer a flat shipping rate of $9.00 for all UPS Ground shipments within the Continental United Stated. This offer does not apply to orders shipping via expedited methods or orders shipping to AK, HI, PR and any additional US territories. The flat shipping rate also does not apply to AA, AE, AP, APO and FPO Military Mail. There are some larger items that require a truck as the shipment method. Our small green delivery truck indicates these items. Please contact us at email@example.com for a freight quote. If additional charges apply, you will be notified before your order is processed.
What methods of payment do you accept?
American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal payments! Net 30 terms may also be an option with credit approval. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a credit application.
Will you ship outside of the United States?
Binding101.com will gladly ship orders to Canada via UPS Standard Delivery. Orders shipping to countries outside of the United States & Canada require a minimum order of $400 and payment via wire transfer. Be advised that orders shipping outside of the United States may be assessed tax or duty charges. Taxes, duties, and/or brokerage fees are to be paid directly by the customer and are not refundable under any circumstances. Binding 101 is not responsible for any of these charges. You can view UPS's Rates for Custom Clearance into Canada or contact your local customs office for more information.
What delivery methods are available?
Our default shipping method is UPS Ground. Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard. Certain, larger items require a truck delivery. If this is the case, a small green delivery truck (shown below) indicates this requirement. Additional, expedited shipping methods are available by request.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is $30.00, not including shipping or sales tax. We will process orders under $30 for a $10 service fee. These orders must be placed over the phone, by calling (866)537-2244, or via email, by emailing email@example.com.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax in the following states: California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Texas and Pennsylvania. However, if you are a reseller or an organization that is tax exempt please click here for the applicable forms required to omit the sales tax.
Can I get a copy of the owner's manual for my machine?
A selection of owner's manuals is available under the Manuals section of our website.
Do you service the equipment you sell?
Service is an option in most cases. We have a fully equipped service department located in New Jersey for our Mail-In Repair Program. We also offer an "on-site" repair service supporting the majority of the Continental US. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any repair requests.
Do you sell equipment not listed on your website?
