What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is $30.00, not including shipping. Orders under $30 may still be accepted. These orders must be placed over the phone, by calling (866)537-2244, or via email, by emailing info@buy101.com. All orders processed under the $30 minimum will have a $10.00 service fee added to the order.How long will it take to receive my order?
Supply orders are generally shipped the same day as they were placed. With nationwide distribution centers, most domestic orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Equipment orders may take additional transit time. Contact us at info@buy101.com with any time sensitive delivery needs.What methods of payment do you accept?
American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Net 30 terms may be available after credit approval. Initial orders require a credit card payment. Please email info@buy101.com for a credit application. We also accept checks. faxed checks are not accepted; checks must be mailed in. Orders paid by check will not ship out until the check is received and clears. If you are on the east side of the US, send checks to "Binding101, PO BOX 405, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009". If you are on the west side of the US, send checks to "Binding101, 1020 Flynn Road, Camarillo, CA 93012". You must place the order before sending checks, as an order number needs to be referenced on the check.Will you ship to Canada?
Yes, Binding101 will gladly ship orders to Canada with no additional requirements. Orders shipping to other countries require a minimum order of $500.00 and payment via wire transfer. Be advised that orders shipping outside the Continental US may be assessed a tax or duty by the country accepting the package(s). Taxes, duties, and/or brokerage fees are to be paid directly by the customer and are not refundable under any circumstances. Binding 101 is not responsible for any of these charges. Binding101's online shopping cart was designed to provide you with accurate shipping costs at the time you place your order. However, shipping costs may vary, especially for equipment that needs to be delivered by truck.If the charges given to you on our online shopping cart are different than the actual shipping cost then a Binding101 customer service representative will contact you with the accurate shipping cost prior to processing your order. What delivery methods are available?
Binding101's default shipping method is UPS Ground. Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard. Certain pieces of equipment require a truck delivery. A small green delivery truck (shown below) indicates this requirement. Additional shipping methods are available by request.
