Binding Tip: Place your back cover on top of your front cover before inserting the wire-o element. After inserting and closing the wire, fully rotate the back cover around to the back of the book. This step hides the seam where the two edges of wire meet and gives the book a smooth, clean finish.

The James Burn BB50 High Speed Wire-O Binder is a semi-automatic machine that lets you bind books with edges ranging in size from 2" to 20". The BB50 automatically finishes hand fed pre-punched documents with Wire-O® sizes from 1/4" to 1", up to 20" wide. This heavy duty machine utilizes perfectly shaped closing tools for each Wire-O® size from 1/4" to 1" to assure a smooth round close on every book, no matter the size. The BB50 includes a skip binding capability.
