The Keencut SteelTraK vertical cutter will cut even the thickest materials (up to 1/2" for most materials) flawlessly. It features three attached cutting tools that sit on the same line for a perfect cut with no mistakes and no special operator knowledge required. All cutting tools are permanently mounted on the cutting head for a sturdy design; simply turn the wheel to use the different blades (sold separately).
This unmatched vertical multipurpose cutter casts no debris, meaning that it an be positions right next to your printing machines without the fear of airborne dust damaging projects. It can be mounted to the wall or used with the optional free standing kit. Built into your production line, the Keencut Steel TraK cutter is sure to save you time and money.
The rear spine of the SteelTraK cutter is fitted with a counterbalance that allows you to put the cutting head in any position without it dropping to the bottom of the machine, eliminating the cumbersome process of other vertical cutters. This counterbalance eliminates the load from the cutting head so that you can concentrate solely on cutting your material without lifting the weight of the head.
A robust frame includes extruded aluminum back beams to offer support for materials of all sizes, helping prevent the material from falling through the frame, and from the resulting offcuts. The Keencut SteelTraK cutter has been developed specifically for the tough and rigid or semi-rigid substrates used in today's sign making market; it is the most accurate and easy-to-use manual cutter available.
